1. Return Eligibility (All Regions)
Return Requirements: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.

Opened reels of consumables are not eligible for return unless the product is defective, the wrong item was sent, or it does not conform to the contract.

If your item is damaged, defective, or does not meet expectations, please do not return it. Please contact us first so we can resolve the issue according to the Geeetech warranty terms.

2. We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days to request a return after receiving the item.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item was shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason, without providing any justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in its original condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Shipping and Handling Fees
USA: Unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

No replacement fee. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Canada: Unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

No replacement fee. Return shipping costs are paid directly to the carrier and are non-refundable.

UK and EU: Unless the item is defective, the wrong item was sent, or does not match the description, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

No replacement fee. Original outbound shipping costs will only be refunded if required by applicable law.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email contact@geeetech.com with your order number and reason for return.

Upon approval:

You will receive return instructions and a return label (prepaid shipping within the US; free shipping within Canada, the UK, and the EU unless the item is defective).

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Deadline: Approved returns must be shipped within 14 days of return approval. If the carrier does not scan the package within this period, the return request will be automatically cancelled.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (All Regions)

We take product quality very seriously—it's part of Geeetech's quality guarantee.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not in accordance with the contract:

Please contact contact@geeetech.com immediately.

Include:
Order number
Problem description
Print settings (if applicable)
Clear photos of the affected spools, including the batch number label.

Unless otherwise instructed, you do not need to return defective goods. Upon verification, we will replace or refund the item in accordance with applicable law.

6. Exchange
We do not offer direct exchange services.

For replacement items, please return eligible items (if applicable) and reorder after the return is accepted and a refund is issued.

7. Refund
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

We will notify you once your returned goods have been inspected and approved.

Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

UK and EU customers: As required by law, approved returns will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

8. Legal Rights and Compliance

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your legal consumer rights under applicable law, including but not limited to:

United States: Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and state consumer protection laws

Canada: Provincial consumer protection laws

United Kingdom: Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulation

European Union: EU Consumer Rights Directive and Goods Sales Directive
